Juice of 1/2 lemon.
200g egg white. A pinch of salt.
Gradually add 200 g of powdered sugar.
Add lemon juice.
Lemon juice 7 - 10 ml
20 g corn starch.
Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for about 30-35 minutes.
500 g mascarpone or cream cheese. 30g powdered sugar.
A pinch of vanilla. 150 ml cream 33%.
Set aside a few spoonfuls of the finished cream to decorate the dessert.
Trim the edges.
200-250 g raspberries.
Place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
Decorate as desired.
