Billy and Jimmy descend into Undertown, the subterranean city of mutants beneath Metro City, to help Daj, a mutant teenager, free his father and other mutants from Ice Pick's slave-labor factory. But when Jimmy is captured, Michael must overcome his distrust of mutants to team up with Daj and Billy to free Jimmy and destroy the factory.
