This show was originally broadcast on my History San Diego YouTube channel in 2023. It is about President John F. Kennedy's June 6, 1963 Visit and Motorcade in San Diego, California, I present to you a musical retrospective with photographs and media coverage of President John F. Kennedy's June 6, 1963 epic visit to San Diego, including the motorcade, Commencement Address at San Diego State College (now SDSU), his visits to the Marine Corps Recruit Depot and aboard the USS Oriskany and USS Kitty Hawk, along with a tribute to his legacy.
As a creator of history videos, I must tell you that this show was unlike any I've ever created in over a decade. After I put it together and watched it for the first time, I was never the same. Of over hundreds of films I've created, this is the one I'm most proud of. This film, is one of the reasons why I'm bringing you the JFK series on this channel.
