The man accused in a string of stabbings in Davis last spring is set to be back in a Woodland courtroom on Friday, according to the Yolo County District's Office. Criminal proceedings involving Carlos Dominguez will be reinstated if there are no challenges to Dominguez's mental competency report, a DA's office spokesperson said. Melanie Wingo reports.
