The murder case against a man accused in a string of serial stabbings in Davis last spring is moving forward. Carlos Dominguez was ruled competent to stand trial during a 10-minute court hearing in Woodland Friday morning. Dominguez is accused of stabbing to death two men and stabbing and severely injuring a woman.
