Butter at room temperature 70 g / 2.5 oz.
Sugar 70g / 2.5oz.
Milk 45 ml / 1.5 fl oz.
3 eggs, separate the yolk from the white.
Flour 115 gr / 4 oz.
Sodium Bicarbonate 8g / 0.3oz.
Divide the dough into two 18cm diameter tins lined with baking paper.
3 egg whites.
Sugar 150g / 5.2oz.
Juice of 1/2 lemon.
Beat for 6-7 minutes until this consistency is reached.
Almonds 30 gr / 1 oz.
Bake at 170°C/340°F for 25 minutes.
Milk Cream 33% 200 ml / 6.7 fl oz.
Powdered sugar 90 gr / 3 oz.
Cream cheese 300 g / 10.5 oz.
Store in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
