INGREDIENTS 🔻(20 or 22 cm mould)
• 2 medium eggs
• pinch of salt
• 60 g of sugar (3 tablespoons)
• 50 g of 00 flour (2 tablespoons + 1/2 tablespoon)
• 10 g of bitter cocoa (1 teaspoon)
• 160 ml of coffee
• 2 teaspoons of sugar
The chocolate mousse:
• 4 eggs
• 200 g of dark chocolate
• 100 g of butter
• 20 ml of coffee (2 tablespoons)
• 40 g of sugar (2 tablespoons)
Ganache Chocolate :
• 60 g of dark chocolate
• 40 ml of milk
