Recipe and ingredients:
1kg potatoes
Chop coarsely
Fill with water
Cook for 20-25 minutes until done
Chop 1 onion
30 ml vegetable oil
Fry for 3-4 minutes
Chop 3 cloves of garlic
Chop 1 pepper
Fry for 3-4 minutes
Cut 300 g mushrooms
Salt, paprika, garlic powder, basil
Fry for 5-7 minutes
Drain the potatoes
70g butter
Mash well with a fork
salt, dried garlic
2 eggs
15g corn starch
Knead until smooth consistency
Pour the mashed potatoes into a piping bag
Form potato nests
Lay out the filling
1 egg
100 g sour cream
Salt, pepper, turmeric
Mix well
Drizzle with the egg and sour cream mixture
Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes
Grate 100 g of cheese on a fine grater
