Today I will share with you an ultra-simple method of steaming cakes. You don’t need to separate the eggs or beat the eggs. Just stir and steam them for 10 minutes. I added lemon juice to remove the fishy eggs. Taste, soft and sweet, children say it is very delicious, I highly recommend it for everyone to try!

White sugar 50g(1/4cup)
Corn oil 25g(2tbsp)
Cake flour 75g(1/2cup)
Baking powder 3g(3/4tsp)

玉米油 25克(2大勺)
