Hello this is siZning.
Today, I made 3 types of sand cookies.
It's a delicious sand cookie that goes so well with chocolate filling,
even with Subtle flavor of earl gray, deep taste of dark chocolate, and rich flavor of green tea.
The taste and appearance of the delicious sand cookies
with rich taste of chocolate filling between that's are really great for gifts.
In the process of pushing, it is a bit difficult,
but those are look so luxurious 'sand cookies'.
Try to bake them follow the video :)
[Chocolate Sand Cookie Success Point]
1. When making butter batter(butter cream), use an egg and butter that are left at room temperature for about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
When butter creaming, the ingredients must have similar temperatures to mix well without separation. (However, you should not use too much melted butter!)
2. Today's sand cookies are thinly pushed.
After pushing the pressed dough so that it does not shrink and bake, put it in a freezer or refrigerate, give a sufficient rest time, and then make a shape with cookie cutter and bake it. (When working in the summer when the temperature rises, freezing will be easier to work. Because use the thin thickness of dough, so recommend freezing!)
3. If you sand the melted chocolate directly between cookies, there is difficult to sand it beautifully (with volume) because the chocolate's concentration is dilute in high temperature. So, Cool it down a little and use it to make it pretty.
(The finished sand cookie can be hardened at room temperature or placed in an airtight container so that the shape is not distorted and then refrigerated.)
🔸 storage
It is not recommended to store at room temperature in summer. (The moisture and temperature are high and the texture is gradually debased.) If possible, leave it at room temperature for only 1-2 days, and seal the rest of cookies well then keep it in refrigerater and eat it within 5 days. If you are going to keep it for a long time, you can keep it in the freezer :)
