♣ Material
- 100g cake flour
- 10g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 5 eggs
- 100~120g sugar
- 1/3 teaspoon of salt
- 6-7 drops of vanilla oil (optional)
- 30g melted unsalted butter
- 18g cooking oil
♧ TIPS
1. Sugar can be adjusted according to your taste
2. You can also use salted butter instead of unsalted butter
3. Add 60g of sugar in 3 portions when whipping egg whites
(Whip in the order of low speed and high speed)
4. If using an oven, preheat at 170℃ for 10 minutes and bake for about 30 minutes
5. When coating the castella with chocolate, melt 150g of milk compound chocolate + 30g of milk.
