Today's Ingredients
- 2 sweet potatoes (200g) + 1.5~2 Tbsp sugar (Add sugar according to sweet potato sweetness)
-Nuts 150g (Walnuts, almonds, cashews, choose the nuts you have at home)
- Glutinous rice flour 400g
- 5g baking powder
- 5 g salt
- 50g sugar
- 420ml milk
*Bake in a pan (low heat!)
-Bake for 10 minutes, turn the rice cakes in half, bake more for 5 minutes. after turn over, bake for 10 minutes!
*Bake in a waffle pan (low heat!)
- Bake for 8 minutes on each side
*Bake in the oven ( frame size 33*26 )
Bake at 180 degrees for 3~40 minutes (may vary by machine)
