Main ingredients:
Necessary materials:
Flour 500 grams +/-
4 tablespoons sugar
Salt 0.5 teaspoon
Yeast 20 grams
60 grams of butter
300 ml milk
1 egg
🌺 Estrosel:
50 grams of butter
3 tablespoons flour
40 grams of sugar
🌺 For greasing, egg yolk + 1 tablespoon of milk.
