This easy video from the BBC Good Food cookery team shows you how to prepare, peel, slice, chunk and make carpaccio with pineapple. You'll need a sharp knife and a chopping board. Perfect for kebabs, in fruit salads or to use in a stir-fry.
Tip: Ripe pineapples should have a good strong 'sweet' fragrance and a golden colour. Avoid fruits that have an unpleasant smell or a discoloured skin.
