After a chaotic 24 hours, which saw Immigration Minister Robert Jenrick resign and Suella Braverman discover a scathing attack on the government's handling of migration, James O'Brien stresses that the Rwandan government is now saying to Rishi Sunak: "if you dance to Suella Braverman's tune...then we will pull the plug on this deal'."
Sunak has said that the government's new Rwanda legislation would prevent legal challenges and finally allow deportation flights to take off to Rwanda. But Jenrick quit over the proposed law, arguing it did not go far enough.
