I want to present an old video from two years ago. It still to this day brings my love for kung fu to life. Jackie asked me to join for this video shoot. It was sudden and unexpected but I really appreciate the opportunity to work with Jackie, Alex, and Mike. They were incredibly patient and fully accessible and showed that hearing and Deaf people can work together. It’s important to remember that being Deaf has no barriers. We worked a lot on the choreography of the video and Alex with me on the editing and Travis found the sound music. Their dedication was incredible. Also, I want to emphasize that the video isn’t finished yet. In all, I gained invaluable experience from this project.
