Instruction

1.Lay your baby down on her/his back
2.Open the sound and leave in a postion which your baby can hear.
3.Try not to look your baby in the eye

Soothe your baby to be relaxed and sleepy.

*Its important thing to letting your baby fall asleep on her own will help her learn to soothe his/her self to sleep

*Make sure your baby's room is well-ventilated and a comfortable temperature

Different babies respond to different soothing methods.
