José Pérez, lo ferrero d'Echo, despite being retired, has kept the door of his workshop in Hecho (Huesca) open to manufacture some of those pieces that in other times took shape with his hands. The memory of his trade is the story of a family saga dedicated to iron forging. In 2011 he showed us how two essential tools for working in the forest were made: the ax and the squid.
