Subsequent to busting a nearby criminal Hong in a covert activity, hard-bubbled cop Pack is caught by Hong's men and awakens in prison in Thailand confronting a lifelong incarceration. While in police care, Hong works out an agreement with Pack's manager Wah to exchange his opportunity for Unit's. Wah follows Pack to Thailand and figures out how to persuade to new jail monitor Chai to assist with saving Unit since Pack is one of a handful of the qualified bone marrow contributors who can save Chai's little girl, who's experiencing leukemia. Hong breaks out of prison and escapes to Thailand and request Unit's chief. At the point when Unit learns of Hong's, not entirely settled to deal with him.
