Ingredients:
1 kg (2.2 lb) liver.

Beat in pieces of liver.
150 g (0.3 lb) flour.
Salt and pepper.
Oil.
Roll in flour.
Fry until golden on all sides.
3 onions.
Oil.
Fry the onion until soft.
Salt and pepper.
1 teaspoon of paprika.
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric.
2 apples.
Oil.
Fry the apples on both sides for 2 minutes.
Place the apples in a baking dish.

Bake at 180°C/356°F for 15 minutes.
