This time, I will introduce a bakery in Gyeonggi-do, South Korea.
Currently, there are 14 confectionery master craftsmen in South Korea, and one of them is Hong Jeong Hoon Bakery, which was selected as Korea's 9th confectionery master craftsman in 2012.
A huge 3-story building like a hotel is all bakery.
The size of bread is also bigger than Japan.
☆Representative's greeting
Hong Jong-hoon moved to Seoul from Jincheon, Chungbuk in March 1980 and started baking for the first time at a small bakery in Jongno-gu. Later, while enjoying the joy of making bread, he also met good confectionery friends and moved to Napoleon Confectionery to hone his craft in order to learn better craftsmanship. After that, he walked around several places and acquired skills and management skills, and then opened my first store in Gaepo-dong, where he worked overtime.
In 2001, I went to Mainz, Germany for a training course. I started to open a large bakery cafe called Dome. Since the opening of the Mainz Dome, he has focused more on technical aspects, won the French Confectionery World Cup National Team Selection Development, and participated in the French Confectionery World Cup (Coupe de Monde de la Patisserie) as a representative of Korea. Ta. In this competition, he won first place in the entremet cake category and the sugar craft category as an individual, and was honored to receive a special prize.
Since then, he has steadily devoted himself to the development of Korean confectionery technology, and passed on the know-how he gained from confectionery advanced countries to his juniors. After selecting a famous place, I will make a new bakery trend by leaping again to 'Hong Jeong Hoon Bakery' with my personal name.
I will continue to improve my relationship with bakery engineers in Japan and France, and I will spare no effort in learning new techniques and knowledge. and management know-how, so that it will remain in the 100-year history of the Korean pastry and bakery industry.
In addition, while giving top priority to customer trust, we will strive to become a brand that always delights customers with bread and sweets.
