South Korea's intelligence agency recognizes North Korean leader Kim Jong-un's daughter, Kim Ju-ae, as being his most likely successor.
This based on her appearances in public, according to the country’s National Intelligence Service on Thursday.
However, it added that it remains open to all possibilities considering various factors, including Kim Jong-un's age and that he has no significant health issues, as well as the presence of other siblings.
This marks the first time the agency has made such an assessment.

However, Unification Minister Kim Yung-ho said last month that the North Korean leader appears to be in a hurry to put the spotlight on his daughter, indicating that she may well be next in line to rule the regime.
