The president of the prestigious Harvard University is facing new allegations of plagiarism. Her academic and professional career has been under the scanner even since reports said that there were several older instances where Claudine Gay had plagiarised content on her academic papers.
However, Harvard continues to back its president despite the criticism against her raising questions over Gay’s credibility and the institution’s stance. Claudine Gay has been facing mounting pressure and calls for resignation ever since she appeared for a US Congressional hearing over antisemitism on American college campuses. During the hearing, Gay failed to condemn the cases of antisemitism.
