LIVE: Japan Airlines' Passenger Plane Collides with Coast Guard Aircraft; Five People Reported Dead
Two airplanes caught fire on the runway of Tokyo’s Haneda airport after a coast guard relief aircraft collided with a passenger plane.
Fire erupted from the side of Japan Airlines' A350 airplane as it taxied on the runway. All 379 passengers and crew members have been evacuated, the airline has confirmed.
However, five people aboard the coast guard plane died.
