Turkey Arrests 34 People on Suspicion of Spying for Israel’s Mossad
Turkey has arrested at least 34 people on suspicion of spying for the Israeli Spy agency Mossad. Turkey says that over 50 locations were raided as part of the operation. Ankara says that it has foiled an Israeli plan to attack Hamas members that are residing in Turkey. Meanwhile, relations between Turkey and Israel continue to deteriorate. Earlier, Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan had called Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu no less than Hitler. Erdogan also said that the US was complicit in the war in Gaza. The latest incident of arrests has worsened ties between Turkey and Israel.
