Life in exile is very difficult for Bahram's nomadic family. They live in a mountain cave and accompany their sheep and try to provide food and water for their basic needs, but when Mina, Bahram's niece, arrives at their cave and brings the news of Farid's survival to Bahram's family, including Mahnaz, a change occurs. it happens. Mahnaz, overwhelmed with happiness, hides her feelings and does not know whether to laugh or cry. Mahnaz returns with Mina to the same mountain where Farid lost her and plans to meet her once again.
The meeting between the two lovers does not go as expected. Farid believes that Mahnaz and his family ordered the treacherous shepherd and Kaveh's family to kill him in the mountain. He accuses Mahnaz of betraying him and their love. Farid claims that Kaveh's family spared his life and took the blood-stained shirt for Mahnaz in exchange for their forgiveness. Mahnaz is very offended and angry by Farid's words and angrily tells him that he almost drowned himself in the river out of love for her but was saved by his relatives and his family. Farid rejects Mahnaz's words and pushes her away. He returns to his parents and swears that he will never love Farid again.
Meanwhile, Mina, a girl full of secrets and unanswered questions, tries to discover the secrets of the dark past of herself and her family. Mina brings Farid to Mahnaz and her family and convinces him to kneel before Bahram and ask to be their shepherd for life. Although Bahram and Mahnaz disagree at first, with the intervention of Mahnaz's mother, they finally agree that Farid will live with them. Mahnaz and Mina, old friends who meet again, play and laugh and live a happy nomadic life, while Farid takes care of the sheep. It leads to mountain pasture.
Bahram and his wife start improving the mountain cave and create a better shelter for their life in exile.
