HOHOHOHO it's here!!
Many of you will have turkey or ham or spit but how many will option for a serve of succulent curry !
So I have decided to present my own version of beautiful curry, and flavours are inspired by Polinasia and Afrika...so combining this two parts of the world we have a Dish that you may cook for this upcoming season!
List of ingredients is very short and you get this flavourful meal.
1,200 kg diced pork(fatty cut please)
1/2 kg lamb chops(fat slightly trimmed)
2 lg onion (cut in chunks)
3 garlic clowes
1 tbs ginger
4 Bay 🍃
1 tbs caraway seeds
2 tbs beef stock powder
1 /2 tbs cayenne pepper (or more)
1 1/2 tbs garam masala
1 tbs turmeric powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp of red paprika
1/2 can of diced tomatoes 🍅
1 1/2 tbs corn flour (50 ml water)
Good handful of choped coriander
