Celebrating 40 years of Santa Visits Alviso Foundation! This incredible organization has now given out over $1.3 million in scholarships local students. Once again, hundreds of people came to enjoy the holiday atmosphere and receive free toys from Santa. I also presented a commendation from the city to foundation co-founder Judy Santiago, who’s still going strong as Mrs. Claus!
