The Israeli military on Saturday (December 16) released footage of what it said was its troops assaulting a tunnel shaft occupied by a Palestinian militant.
In the video, which was edited before release, soldiers can be seen shooting and throwing grenades at an opening in the ground.
The Israeli military said its forces had killed a militant hiding in the shaft and destroyed the tunnel.
Reuters was not able to independently verify the location or the date when the video was filmed.
