Dough:
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 tbsp instant yeast
30ml vegetable oil
1/2 tsp salt
250ml warm milk
500g all purpose baking flour
40g unsalted butter (softened)
Filling: red bean paste (you can use any filling of your choice)
Egg wash: mix 1 tbsp milk with 1 yolk
Bake 25 minutes at 180°C
