To cook meat with potatoes in a pan - a variation of the Georgian dish Ojakhuri:
Meat - 700 g (I cooked from a pork neck)
Potatoes - 1 kg
Bow - 4 pcs. (400 g)
Garlic - 1-2 cloves
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Ground coriander - 1 tsp without slide
Parsley - a small bunch
Butter - 20 g
1. Cut the meat into portions. Fry over high heat until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pan
2. Chop the onion. Fry the onion in this pan for 1-2 minutes until transparent. Transfer the onion to the meat.
3. Cut the potatoes into 4-6 pieces, depending on the size. Fry in butter until tender. Transfer the potatoes to the rest of the ingredients.
4. Finely chop the parsley and garlic.
5. Salt and pepper the meat, potatoes and onions, add ground coriander, parsley and garlic. Stir gently and serve.
